Very simple and it all started with a referral from my bishop. Next they called me and I came in for an interview with one of the managers. Very casual style interview with not a lot of questions

Described my background and that a position with the organization would be beneficial as I was recovering from a major medical issue. I met with the store manager, my immediate supervisor and the department head.

Really don't remember any specific questions. I discussed my background and then the conversation went from there as we discussed a role that would be a good fit for me.

Entretien
It went well really nice and straightforward. I Got offered the job straight after the interview process. A good place to get starting experience. Questions are super simple and straight to the point not difficult at all.
