My current work with Aegis has been a rewarding experiences. As a Customer Service Executive Inbound and Outbound, I learn to solved problem, handle general inquiries and always be happy and ready to help and assist caller. For the first time ever assigned to Telesales and Outbound Executive, I've learned to promote and educated my target audience within the SLA given by the companies.
