I applied online. I got an email for a phone interview about 1.5 weeks later. I had 3 interviews total. They were pretty fast throughout the entire process as it took less than a month from my first interview to receiving an offer. All of the interviews were virtual due to the pandemic. Every one of my interviewer was very friendly and engaging - I did not have high expectations about the company and the role at first, but after my first interview, I got super excited and knew that I would love to work for this company! My last interview was with the CEO, and he was awesome. His questions were all revolved around my life story and my future goals. While the role has some technical aspects to it, I could tell that they were focused on finding the cultural fit for both the employee and the company.
