I met informally with a friend of a friend who worked at DPS. When a job opened that fit my skill set, the contact at DPS I met, put me in touch with the Director who was hiring. I then did a phone interview and 1 face to face interview

Entretien
Confusing and very disorganized. No offer letter until you accept, individuals were unprofessional, not on time, seemed not to know what questions to ask, was not concern with my background or education. The location does not offer most employees parking or have a parking option for monthly passes, you are on your own. Administration building has schools in it so the environment is different than most office environments.
