Panel consisted of principal, assistant principal, two classroom teachers and a specialist. There were ten interview questions, the interview questions are provided to the applicant about ten minutes before the interview begins on a typed sheet of paper. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Easy, laid back. Was asked situational questions and was asked what I’m looking for in a school. If you pass a screener, most schools will provide your interview questions ahead of time.

It was an easy, straightforward process that moved very quickly. The first round was a one-way video interview, followed by a couple of virtual interviews with team members. Overall, it was a very fair and efficient process.
