Nice process, they were very open about how the company operates. Had a meeting with the team lead and it all looked good from my point of view. We just didnt agree on the compensations. Maybe in the future it will change.

The company makes use of a standard interview process. The person will go through HR interview first before proceeding with the hiring team's interview. The interview is also conducted professionally.
