It was a 30 minute interview with two developers and one manager. At the end of I didn't hear back from them even though I sent two follow up emails, this company is extremely unprofessional.

One interview: pretty lighthearted and straight to the point. Made me feel very comfortable and didn't ask the inane web 2.0" questions. "If a pond was half full of algae - how would you..."
