Came in for a face-to-face interview and was then asked to come back to meet with the company owner. After that, I had to take a written exam which was fairly basic reasoning questions. The last step was a drug test. Once the drug test was passed, I was offered the position and started the following Monday.

I was brought in for an interview where I filled out an application and was given a multiple choice test to take. The test was clearly to test my reasoning abilities. I was then called back for another interview with the owner of the company. When I was offered the position, I was required to take a drug test before starting.
