Had multiple phone interviews, went in to do a demo, meet staff and tour the space was hired same day. Things were pretty smooth but there was a lag between my initial phone interviews and going in person.

The Interview process was very detailed and thorough. Started with a one way video interview with a series of questions. The next step was a follow-up call with HR, and then a demo lesson with full interview during the school day.

Met with prinicple and other teachers - they asked about my qualifications, including how many hours I was away from my MSeD. They were friendly, but it was a very quick interview process.
