After completing an onsite interview, I never heard back from Demandbase even after following up with the recruiter and schedule coordinator. This is very inconsiderate of people's time. Also, 30-minute interviews do not leave much time for questions, especially when the team has trouble getting the video conference up and running. Finally, an interviewer dropped f*bombs during the interview and was not professional.
