After submitting my resume, I was contacted by HR for basic HR type questions. After a couple of weeks, I was scheduled to fly up to meet with some one in the Chief Pilots office. They covered the airline flight from the airport of my choosing (with Delta service). I met with the Assistant Chief Pilot for about 2 hours. It was a pretty informal setting. A Job offer was made at that time, for an upcoming class that had not been scheduled (ended up being about 6 weeks later)
