I had multiple interviews for this position. There was a preliminary screening over the phone to assess my qualifications and fit for a job, as well as a few in-person interviews. The overall process was smooth. I had a chance to tour the main headquarter facility in Ramsey, MN. Also, I was introduced to the engineering team members and the upper management. Great experience!

Entretien
The process was quick, timely, well-communicated and followed through on commitments - as long as I was responsive, Delta was responsive as well. I had a high-level phone conversation, an in-person meeting with the hiring manager and a second in-person meeting with the team, as well as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The total time from resume submittal to offer was approximately 4 weeks. No complaints. I had a premium experience.

Entretien
I interviewed for a Mechanical Design Engineer position at Delta ModTech. While the role appeared to offer meaningful opportunities, the interview process was disappointing.
The HR screening lacked engagement and seemed to focus on narrow criteria rather than evaluating broader qualifications and potential. There was limited discussion of relevant project experience or technical capabilities that would demonstrate fit for the role.
The process felt disorganized and did not reflect the level of professionalism expected from a company that emphasizes innovation and technical excellence. It could benefit from better preparation and a more comprehensive approach to evaluating candidates’ backgrounds.
