I was hired after the manager reviewed my resume and they had me come in to fill out an application. Then I came in for my first day with HR and filled out the paperwork, then went up to meet the staff and was shown around. I then started on my first shift and given a huge orientation book that was not helpful and full of useless stuff. I found out that half the competencies that was required were outdated.
