It was a three step process.
1 Technical Test- It consisted of basic
question from all the subjects of
Electrical engineering.
2 Technical Interview (Skype + In person)
Mainly Power electronics and
electrical machines based questions.

It started with the HR phone call to schedule the meeting with team leaders and the director. then panel interview and the candidate needs to make a presentation to all the engineers on site, and will be asked questions during the interview.

Three telephone interview, that' it. Most of questions were based on my previous research and published papers. There were also some question related to the job you were seeking. They asked me questions like how much do you know about the XXXX technique? Can you develop XXXX product base on XXXX technique?
