Entretien
The hiring process was simple and not formal. I knew a current employee who gave my resume to her supervisor. I was called in for an interview that took about thirty minutes. I was called a few days later and hired for the position. Once I agreed to take the position I was asked to go far out of the county to the then main building for training. The training had nothing to do with the current position I was hired for.

Question 1
There were no questions asked that seemed difficult. The interview was very laid back and more of a conversation than an interview. The supervisor just wanted to know about my work ethic and stated that as long as the work was completed there would be no issues.
