I had a brief phone interview that lasted 30-45 minutes. Within the week, I was called to set up an interview. The interview went great, normal Q & A to establish if you have great customer service skills and are computer savvy. At the end of the interview I was given some materials to study while the next training class was being formed. I was called a few days later to start a training class in three days. She also gave me the option of starting the next week. The start date will be your seniority date. I was unaware and chose the latter date in order to have time to study and pass the tests. If you find yourself in this position, choose the earlier date and put everything else aside in order to study the airport codes and the world's geographical regions & locations.
