I just finished the On Demand Video Interview. It was tough but if you study and stick to Delta's core beliefs, you can get through it. I studied for 15 different questions, and they only asked 1 of the questions I was prepared for. I selected that I did not get an offer, but I actually have not gotten the offer yet because I just finished. There were 6 questions but I can only remember 5.

Application, Assessment test, Video on Demand, Interview face-to-face. They sent the ticket for the interview, but I had to pay for the hotel. It was very rushed as there were many people there for the interview and no time to understand the process.
