I got an invite to attend the face to face interview in Atlanta Georgia. I had an amazing experience there. Everyone is very welcoming and helps make you feel very welcome. They start off with the check in process, and then split you up into groups to drop off luggage and purses and then start the 4 hour day. You will enter a room with about 15-20 current flight attendants and this is like a mingling party and you get the opportunity to go around and talk to as many flight attendants as possible. My recommendation is to talk to a different flight attendant every time. Make sure you talk to as many as possible but don't stress about talking to everyone. Once everyone is in the room they will sit you down and explain how the day will proceed. Then they will split off into 3 groups and you will all go into a different part of the day. I started with my one on one interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, my interview was so sweet and friendly and made me feel super comfortable, she spent the first 15 minutes talking about the job and allowing me to ask any questions I had. The actual interview only consisted of about 3 questions. One thing delta does in their interviews is ask follow up questions to your answers so you can't be as prepared. After the interview there is another mingling process and then I went into the group project. I wont say what the group project was to keep the integrity but they are looking for team workers and team leaders. They asked a couple of quick question after the group project and then we went back out into yet another mingling party. After that we got to watch a presentation about scheduling and what flight attendant life is like and ask any questions we had about the job. Then they sat us all down and told us we would hear back in about 7-10 days and called us out into groups to get on shuttles to go back to the airport

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
