After the Assesment, video interview, and phone interview.... there was the face to face interview. Very silly and immature. Don't get me wrong, I loved the experience and meeting people, but the interview could've been different. They ask you 2 sets of 3 questions when you're in the one on one interview. The questions are the same, just reworded. They passed up plenty of overly qualified individuals. They way they treat you is degrading. Its like they look down on you. This interview was disappointing, not because I wasn't chosen, but because of how it was organized.
