Very long but easy. You have to complete multiple phases but pretty much at this point if you pass a drug test then you are fine. The process takes around 4-5 hours. Just make sure you dress sharp.

Very tough competition in the industry. I know them to be a fair employer that takes great pride in their ability to offer great customer services from a warm welcoming staff of agents. They provide a respectful environment where employees opinions count.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Delta Air Lines (Phoenix, AZ) en févr. 2011

I was recommend from a current employee and process was initiated with a call from Delta. I spoke with a human resources employee and on the spot had a phone interview. She asked basic questions e.g. Are you over 18? Can you work a flexible schedule? Have you ever committed a felony? Why do you think you would be a good employee? Tell me about a time you went out of your way to help out another customer? etc.
Next step was to complete an online application and customer service survey.
Then I was given a couple choices for interview times and scheduled an in-person interview. Was interviewed by two very kind women, made me feel very welcome. The only question I was thrown off by was Tell me about a time when you had an accident....afterward they explained that the purpose was that accidents happen a lot at the airport and the answer they were looking for was prevention of accidents.
Finally, was offered a Conditional Job Offer at the conclusion of the interview. So, as long as I passed the drug test and agility test (lifting a 50 lb suitcase) I would be able to start training and then start working.
Great company and everyone was so kind and welcoming!
