Started with a phone call to schedule the first interview. The first phone interview was mostly STAR type questions such as "Tell me about a time you had to work in a high stress environment.". I passed this interview and two weeks later had a technical phone interview.

it was an online assessment test with maze and also checks for company culture. The tests are not hard at all but takes a bit of time which was hard to do during middle of work
