I applied the day the "Flight attendant - No bilingual skills required" application came out which I believe was last Wednesday. I applied through an employee referral. I first filled out an initial application that was short and simple. Later that day I received the personality assessment and did that immediately. Right after I did that I received another assessment the same day that was different from the first. Then I immediately received an invitation to fill out a more extensive application that was much longer than any other flight attendant application I have ever filled out - I even had to include every speeding ticket I have ever received. I am just waiting to hear back for the next step now. From what I have read on here, most people only did one personality assessment and I am not sure if others filled out the very long application that I did? So I am a little confused. Any one who is applying right now, have you done multiple assessments and applications?

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
