Colloquio in 2 step, primo hr relazionale/motivazionale con test delle competenze in lingua inglese e secondo tecnico con ulteriore valutazione dell'inglese. Primo colloquio con durata circa 20 minuti. Secondo con durata di 1 ora.

Three webcam interviews, each was a one on one, one was a technical, one was a behavioral, and one was with the lead for the department I would be working in, all three interviews were roughly half an hour each. The recruiter I worked with was very helpful and had a prep call and a debrief call with me. I received an offer in a little under a week. The interviewers were very professional and were not upset when my home internet dropped for a minute mid-interview. The technical interview had a programming question where I wrote my code directly into a code editor in the interview call.

I was initially reached to over LinkIn from a recruiter. Who screened me and punted me to another internal recruiter, the recruiters were nice and personable. The 3 round interview consisted of a technical and 2 behaviorals, where the technical was all verbal and about my recent experience with cloud that i struggled with since I lacked any specific "cloud" projects to speak of the behaviorals were pretty standard and pretty general where if you prepare you can breeze through. I will note that during all of the interviews it really felt like they needed somewhere else to be, one guy couldnt stop yawning
