The Interview was very brief and prime focus was on communication skills and positive attitude. The process involved a written test followed by a case study Group Discussion. The qualifiers were personally Interviewed by the HR's .

A hypothetical situation was given. I was asked to describe the processes that I should undertake to open a stationary shop beside another well established and flourishing stationary shop, and equate my gross revenue to it thereby posing a competition to it in the minimum time span.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
