Two designer interviewed me together, they ask questions about my background and the projects from my portfolio. The communication is very smooth. I also asked them about their team, day to day work content, and team working style.
Was a hire direct from college. One full day of interview starting at 9am, got the decision by 9pm. Started with an intro about the culture, different offices, kind of work and then 2-3 rounds in between with folks at different levels.

In the case study, they presented me some details on it, then gave me 5 minutes to gather my thoughts and present what I though on it
Tres bon processus, échanges et interactions pertinentes. La dynamique au sein de l'équipe a l'air de favoriser un environnement collaboratif où chaque membre se sent écouté et valorisé. Cette approche inclusive semble non seulement renforcer la cohésion de l'équipe, mais aussi stimuler la créativité et l'innovation.
