Entretien
It was a very structured interview process.
1. Written Test
2. GD
2. Technical Interview
The aptitude test had an AMCAT Module, so I would say that it's more about speed than skill.
The GD had a different dimension to it. There was actually a business case that had to be discussed. So i found it really interesting.
Next up was a Technical cum HR interview by the experienced panelists. I have never come across such experienced and polite intellectuals. They almost knew all through my profile. The questions basically ranged from what was written in my resume.
Though I did not make it through but it was an amazing experience and will surely apply for this company again in the future.

Question 1
They asked about the future plans if/if not selected in the interview.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
self intro and questions about your CV, mainly focused on the scenario based questions like how you manage your time and work, what you will do when you have a difficult task that you can't finish by yourself.
The interview process was normal, they asked general questions, all you have to do is be confident and answer everything you know with confidence, brush up your basics and you'll do good it was overall good
