Applied though university career fair, got the interview two weeks later. The first round is a behavioral interview and a case interview. Behavioral is relatively easy, questions are like: Why Deloitte, leadership, teamwork, ambiguous problem once met and how to deal with it. Case interview is hard because I have no case interview experience before. It's about a hospital update system, most question are about gather requirements, interact with end users. No second round.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.
