I am invited to participate in the Partner-interview after manager-in. Initially I was required to have self introduction. The partner will many behavioural question & why you want to join Deloitte and the audit industry. Also, you have to know what is unique for Deloitte (i.e. style of auditing, culture).

The recruitment process was exceptionally efficient, and the interviewer maintained a professional, polite demeanor throughout. They conducted a comprehensive evaluation, covering both technical competencies and HR-related behavioral questions. I felt confident during the exchange and successfully answered approximately 80% of the inquiries.
