Entretien
I applied as an Experienced Professional (4 years out of MBA school) and had 2 people internally pulling for me. Interview process was long. After 2 phone screenings with Recruiting I finally got a 1:1 with who I thought was the Hiring Manager (4 months after initiating my job application). Turns out it was a case interview and the Manager was only there to "administer" the test. So I showed up for a conversation between professionals and instead I had to write a quiz. Afterward he said there would be "a couple more rounds with more senior staff" before a hiring decision. At that point I decided to look elsewhere.
I initially had a telephone interview. This was followed by a 2nd stage interview with a Senior Manager from the team. The third stage interview was with a Director and Partner, after which I was offered the role.
The interview process consisted of three stages. First, I completed an online assessment provided by SHL, which mainly tested analytical and problem solving skills. After that, I had a video interview with competency and motivation based questions. The final stage was a manager interview, where they asked more in depth questions about my background, experiences, and fit for the role.
