J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Deloitte (Bengaluru) en nov. 2011
Entretien
First the company had shortlisted a few candidates based on their profile. Mainly they were looking into past work experience.
The shortlisted students had to undergo a 30 minute groups activity. In this round we were given a business case study which we had to discuss and come up with a feasible solution. The solution had to be well represented on a chart paper which was to presented later.
Once 30 minutes were over the group had to give a presentation in front of the panel. We were asked questions in between and those were very tough to handle.
Then the next shortlist was declared for the face to face interview. In this round there were some basic questions , details about my work experience and what will be my value addition to the company. This was the last round after which the final shortlists were declared.
The entire process took one day.

The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
