Round 1:
Adaptive Test: Mostly consisting of Aptitude Questions for 90 minutes.
Approx 350 appeared 100 Shortlisted.
Round 2: Group Discussion and Chart Presentation
14 groups were created 6-8 per group 20 minutes for GD and anothe 20 minutes for Chart Presentation. A real and complex problem was given. Shortlisted 46
Round 3 Interview: Interview mostly consisted of HR type questions.
15 people were offered Job.
Conclusion: They need average people not a master/expert.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
