Colloquio suddiviso in 3 fasi, io ne ho svolte 2. La prima con HR e la seconda con Manager. L'ultima fase sarebbe stata con un partner.
Colloquio HR di introduzione all'azienda e di presentazione, colloquio con Manager basato sulla risoluzione di un business case e qualche domanda relativa all'ambito bancario

Long process but good communication from the team. Started with call form TA, then a conversation with a senior member of staff, a group case day, and a final day of interviews.
Applied via linkedin, after a month or so received a call asking few questions to know about us. Once they are satisfied with the answers, hr team will contact with a tentative date. I missed that call and interview date has been scheduled with the help of chatbot. Got rescheduled couple of times but I dont know the reason. Online interview via zoom with 2 interviewers. Process was smooth and difficulty level is medium. Though they advertised for business analyst their focus is mainly on consultant.

O processo contém 2 etapas: uma entrevista com gestores mais técnica, e uma entrevista com sócio mais comportamental. Foi um processo super rápido e foi finalizado em torno de 3 semanas.
