Horrible. Interviewers were from tiny schools and hated bigger schools. They seemed to think Dell was Goldman Sachs’s and had the wrong priorities. Very disappointed process overall. Three hour interview at the end with the same questions three times

Very dynamic. Lots of different interviews and heavy on understanding your personality. They like to hear story telling and that you have grit. Understand the company’s history and main line of products.
