Dell visited my campus physically for 1-year internship. The hiring process was based on 4 rounds. Round 1 :- Resume Shortlisting. Round 2 :- Technical Interview. Questions were on oops concept , sortling algorithm(merge, quick and heap) and some basic question like fibonacci, factorial, palindrome then about my previous experience and basics about dynamic programming and few basics from sql. Round 3:- Mangerial round. Explain the personal project with a marker on whiteboard and about yourself like where do you want to see your future. Around 30 minutes disscussion was there. Round4:- Hr round. Why you want to join this company and about previous experience and all. It was basically interactive round.
