Originally contacted through a recruitment agency. Met with the recruiter for a face to face interview first and discuss the role in more detail. Following that got called for face to face interviews with the Hiring Manager and the director of the department.

Very typical questions about project management, mix of questions about actual projects & behavioural scenarios.
Had two rounds of interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, and the second was a panel interview with team members to discuss experience, skills, collaboration, and overall fit.

First pass was a screen by phone by HR. A couple of days later a screen call with the hiring manager. Afterwards an all day interview. One person at a time. Followed up with a 3rd phone interview.
