Very short. They had a strong need and few candidates. I submitted my resume and was on the phone with management that evening. Hiring manager was impressed with my experience. I had a reference who was another Dell employee so I think that helped a lot. I was on a plane to my first client by the weekend. I was fortunate in that not many network engineers had the experience that I did with the Dell/Force10 operating system.
