The process was organised and had good distribution based on the crowd that showed up things were not delays and were on time. The time management was good and the process completed on time and as expected.
One phone interview plus one face to face interview and the face interview takes around half an hour, not many technical questions as this is an entry role. The process is easy and straightforward

Telephonic interview & then scheduled for Zoom meeting, panel member was not available. Meeting was cancelled later. I applied through DELL Employee referral, but still I keep on applying through their DELL job portal.
