Reached by phone. Professional statistic questions. PS: Candidates should have strong statistic background. Make sure prepare well before applying. Interviewer was very nice and kind, no need to be nervous.

Entretien
I applied for position in May and was called for an interview in August. First interview was by phone. Phone interview questions were the typical "will you work odd shifts?" and "what is your experience with our technology?"-type questions. I informed manager that I would work any shift that he put in place (I come from a 24/7 always-on-call environment) and that I had no experience with their particular technology. In-person Interview took place a week later on Dell site. I was given a brief tour of facility (a small cubicle farm) and then brought into a conference room with five members of the senior customer support team. Interviewers were all affable.
