smooth and rather easy, but you never think it is too easy. They are looking for smart people to change the peace. I definitely enjoyed the interview process. Quick process overall and without any big surprise
Questions about difficult situations at previous jobs, questions regarding basic technical skills and knowledge, questions about how would you go about performing a certain process. Not much info provided about typical job tasks that would be performed if you ask about it.

Aptitude was there ,shortlisted candidates have to attend for the gd round, followed by technical round and then final round will be managerial round .technical round they will ask whatever is there in your resume .

It was good and they asked relevant questions regarding the profile. I had a different background but in spite of that, they overlooked it and offered me the job. It was a tech support job and it was all they were offering at that time.
