In the interview process, the interviewer actually takes the time to get to know you. This is because they are assessing you to see if you would be a good fit in the area that you are applying to. In reality, the interview feels like a casual conversation.

Tell about a time that you had to give constructive feedback to a supervisor/manager.
Not bad, long. Took a month or so to go thru the process. Video interviews and mock sales call. Could be worse but be prepared. Friendly interviewers which was nice!

The hiring process included an initial phone interview to discuss my background and experience, followed by a virtual interview that explored my skills in more depth and assessed overall role fit.
the interview consisted of a recruiter call, two behavioral interviews and a role play. straight forward sales interview, nothing out of the ordinary of difficult. they don’t ask tech specific questions, just want to see that you can sell
