Began with online application. A few days later I was invited to complete a HireVue. The day following the HireVue I was told I would advance to the Interview Day, a multiple hour, multiple interview event. Though online in the COVID era, I believe this would typically be an on-site Superday. Included in the Interview Day was a sales role play, for this you are given ample resources to prepare. Offer came approx two weeks later.

Entretien
The interveew process was rigiorous. It started with a 3 hour long interview with different managers. At the end, you will be asked to do a role play where they will provide a scenario beforehand.
Three-part interview. The first round is a recorded screening, the next is a 3-hour super day, and the final round is a phone call. The Super Day includes a mock sales pitch for which they give you a case.
The first round was a digital interview where you record responses. The second round was a virtual interview on zoom with multiple people. You were given material to prep for the interview.
