Interview process was through a staffing agency and was a smooth process. It took just 2 days and the manager and the HR who took the interview were very friendly. They basically focus on stability and team work skills and also any leader ship skills if you posess in your previous organisation

VERSANT online english test was a lill tricky one.
Not bad, long. Took a month or so to go thru the process. Video interviews and mock sales call. Could be worse but be prepared. Friendly interviewers which was nice!

The hiring process included an initial phone interview to discuss my background and experience, followed by a virtual interview that explored my skills in more depth and assessed overall role fit.
the interview consisted of a recruiter call, two behavioral interviews and a role play. straight forward sales interview, nothing out of the ordinary of difficult. they don’t ask tech specific questions, just want to see that you can sell
