A friend passed me to a Dell recruiter who asked to look the job board and select postings that look interesting. The recruiter then talked with the hiring managers and setup a phone screen interview. A postitive screening interview lead to a onsite interview in Austin. While the onsite interview went "well", no offer due to a fear of being "over-qualified" which is another of saying that they did not believe I would stay, but looking for a "better" job.
