Very convoluted process from the start to finish. I interviewed with over 12 people (2 phone interviews, 4 location interviews with a total of 10 individual interviews) during a 5 week period. The frustrating part of the process was that they decided on a candidate who lasted 1 month and then resigned. They contacted me after the resignation and asked if I wanted to start the interview process again. They couldn't guarantee a faster process - I declined.

Short and Precise. Pretty good and very professional. Dell is great employer from Interview to Exit!! :-)
