I started through a temp agency years ago in customer support. Worked my up through the company and transferred into finance. At Dell (and probably most companies?) once you have your foot in the door the interview is about as useful as your appendix. Getting jobs is all about developing a strong personal network and marketing yourself. It's all about who and what you know. Lots of opportunity for advancement.

One standard question I've asked about 10000 times is "Tell me about a time you faced adversity and what did you do to overcome it."
Prompt process. From start to finuah lasts a few weeks. Meet multiple managers and subordinates. Ability to ask questions to understand the role and responsibilities. Good experience and transparent process for each step.

Straight to the point, the interviewer is not wasting their time nor your time. Very professional but friendly st the same time. The interviewer makes you feel comfortable. No stupid questions like: How do you see yourself in five years etc.
