They called me from Frankfurt. The phone interview was quite informal and it is probably the first stage of the recruiting process. The graduate program is in Bratislava for 1-year full-time contract. They told me that there were future opportunities after this program. In two weeks they will tell me the result of this interview and if I will continue with the next stages. The program seems to be really interesting and they are a worldwide company. She also asked me if I know about their products and their competitors.

Tuve una entrevista telefónica con Recursos Humanos, luego un test online con preguntas de razonamiento y lógica (con tiempo límite), y finalmente dos entrevistas con dos jefes de departamento ( una sobre conocimientos técnicos y otra sobre la industria).

First you have a phone screen which is followed by a phone interview. The typical online assessments come next and finally some one-to-one interviews which take place the same day.
The whole process lasted one month.
