Initially just applied on their website as I had a strong fit for the needs of a role. This is a straightforward company to interview at. I just did a couple of phone screens followed up with talking to a hiring manager directly. Then I did face to face interviews with multiple members of core team inclusive of others at the level of the hiring manager, others that would be peers and a couple of individuals that would be reporting in to the role. Their campus is wonderful and the people are pretty friendly, they seem to create a good working environment. You get the sense that it is a very matured business and that they are very focused on P/L performance.

onsite interviews, meeting senior management, position got internally filled , so they considered me for senior manager position and that too get internally filled. The whole process wasted 5 weeks of my time preparing and onsite interviews. I realized they just post positions out there but they are actually for internal employees. - Do not apply to this company for any senior management jobs because they are only considering promoting internal employees .
