The interview was led by 2 people, they were very nice and considerate, and engaged in a conversational type interview. It was about 20 minutes long and I got a call the next day about the offer.

Question 1
There were only behavioral questions, asking about a conflict I had and how I resolved it, talking about my own experience in the role. They also asked why I wanted to work at Dell specifically. They were basic interview behavioral questions!

First round was fine, mdp employees interviewed just asked about yourself, very informal. Second round felt like the guy didn’t even know what he was supposed to be asking, just asked about my resume and then made me ask him questions the rest of the interview.

It was a very nice conversation between me and two other Dell employees. It felt somewhat casual, and they definitely were wanting to get to know me, even outside of just professionally.
