Pretty average interview. Talk with several different people and managers. Ask a lot of situational questions and there is usually a role play about a travel agency or something similar

Easy 2 rounds interview. They ask you about your resume and why sales and why should we hire you. Some situational questions as well. Is not super complicated and its easy to amke it through

The interview process at Dell was relatively straight forward. Most of the recruiters were pleasant but it didn't seem like they were all on the same page as far as what kind of skills they wanted candidates to posess.

The interview process is pretty straightforward, they are just looking for someone that is coachable and hardworking. All of the interviews were over either teams or phone, my last interview was a 3 hour panel interview over zoom
