The interview was conducted with a company representative who arrived late and didn’t bother to apologise. He came across as rather rude and uninterested, asking very few questions about my background or motivation. Instead, he focused mainly on my availability. When I mentioned that I had a two-month notice period, he quickly wrapped up the conversation, saying they would get back to me with a positive or negative response regarding the next steps — a message that never came.

As usual, but easier than you think the team was cooperating. There's no need to worry about talking and answering questions that make you a suitable person for the job anywhere, but be patient and answer with the right response.
